Waste Management is committed to meeting and or exceeding all regulatory requirements. Each site is maintained carefully with a goal to meet or exceed federal, state and local regulations. In accordance with Chaffee Landfill's NYSDEC Permit Number 9-1462-00001/00006 Chaffee Landfill is required to maintain and satisfy numerous environmental permits and plans, these include:
